Spend the day energetically building on, marking-up, enhancing, or beautifying your printed photo images with rich colorful encaustic medium.

• We discuss resources, composition and layout strategy. Texture building ideas.
• Build up landscapes of rolling oil pigmented encaustic hills or imitate fluffy foamy beaches
• Add colorful wax strokes and marks or carve grass or wheat textures into the layers of deep encaustic wax
• Add molten shades of oil pigmented encaustic pinks, oranges and yellow to create a colorful sunset
• Add oil pigmented washes to your image for the final punch!
• All supplies required for this encaustic workshop are included. You just bring the photos.
